Last Spring for our Search Party 1, we commissioned two New York City photographers who created a collection of images for an art installation, Chris Henry and Chris Bradley. Their assignment had very simple parameters: Shoot 500 photos all in one take, all in one location in New York City. They could shoot anything they wanted, however they wanted to. It was on us then to incorporate their photos into collaborative art projects. Chris Henry's work in Union Square became the basis for our large scale art boards which guests were allowed to draw on, and Chris Bradley's night-time shoot in Chinatown became the basis for an interactive installation featuring all 500 of his photos displayed inside a darkened chamber. Portions of their work are featured here.
Thanks to both Chris and Chris for taking part in the project.
